TMC MLA Dilip Mondal was arrested by West Bengal STF from Odisha's Puri after remaining absconding for several weeks, as per reports. Dilip had been on the run since allegations surfaced against him for allegedly threatening political opponents. The arrest comes days after Dilip's son, Arghya Mondal, was arrested along with five others on May 18 for allegedly possessing firearms.
