Abuse of process: UP court as it rejects plea on dual citizenship of Rahul Gandhi
A Special MP/MLA court rejected a plea seeking an FIR against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over alleged British citizenship. The court said the petition was an abuse of the legal process and it had no jurisdiction to decide on the matter. The plea was filed by BJP worker S Vignesh Shishir, seeking an FIR and a detailed probe against Gandhi.
