Pune: A Pune sessions court has issued a directive to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to investigate allegations surrounding Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Limited. The complaint suggests that the company purportedly paid a $7,70,000 bribe, facilitated through its contractor, to an unidentified government official in 2013 and 2014.
