Accenture is delaying its promotion cycle by six months, Bloomberg reported. The company told its employees in an internal blog that it will announce most promotions in June than in the usual month of December. "We're permanently changing our primary promotion date from December to June...when we have better visibility of our clients' planning and demand," an Accenture representative said.
