Accenture has introduced a new salary hike structure for its June 2026 compensation cycle. Employees receiving salary increases will get half of the approved hike as a one-time lump-sum payment in June, while the remaining half will be added to their base salary. The company says the move provides immediate cash benefits while allowing more employees to receive pay increases.
