Accenture to pay $25 million to resolve DOJ discrimination claims

Accenture has agreed to pay $25 million to resolve US government allegations that its federal-services business used race and sex in hiring, promotion and employee-development decisions while falsely certifying compliance with federal contracting requirements. Accenture denies discrimination and has not admitted liability. The settlement resolves allegations rather than establishing wrongdoing.
