A Delhi court on Friday dismissed the bail plea of an accused in the ₹3,269-crore loan fraud case against Shakti Bhog Foods Limited. "It cannot be said whether the accused, AK Goel, is not likely to commit any such offence while on bail," the court said. Goel is accused of assisting the company's directors in "siphoning off its loan funds".
