Former Karnataka police chief Om Prakash was found dead at his home in Bengaluru on Sunday, according to multiple reports. The police suspect that the IPS officer was murdered and have detained his wife in connection with the matter, India Today reported. His body has been taken to a hospital for post-mortem examination.
