Veteran actor-director Amol Palekar was interrupted during his speech by National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA) members in Mumbai when he criticised the government on Friday. During the speech, he called an apparent decision by the Ministry of Culture "disastrous". Soon after, he was interrupted by an NGMA member on the stage and was asked to "stick to the topic".
