Kannada actor Upendra Rao said his and his wife Priyanka's phones were hacked on Monday. After filing a formal complaint, Priyanka said the fraudsters sent messages to her WhatsApp contacts, demanding ₹55,000. Upendra cautioned the public and revealed that their son and a couple of Priyanka's friends had sent the money to the fraudsters, totalling between ₹1.5 and ₹2 lakh.
