Filmmaker Abhishek Chaubey revealed that actors of his films 'Ishqiya' and 'Udta Punjab' slashed their fees because of the low budgets. "They were relatively...not very small films, [but] the stars in these films didn't charge within quotes of their market rates," he said. 'Ishqiya' starred Vidya Balan while Alia Bhatt, Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor were seen in 'Udta Punjab'.
