Young actress Anju Krishna, known for roles in Tamil films like Vellimalai and Malayalam projects including Aaro, was among eight people arrested in a Chennai drug bust by the Anti-Narcotics Intelligence Unit. Police seized methamphetamine, ganja and LSD during the operation. An assistant director and several others were also taken into custody as the investigation unfolds.
