Actress Ayesha Jhulka approached the Bombay High Court, seeking to expedite the trial in connection to the death of her pet dog Rocky in 2020. Rocky was allegedly killed by the caretaker Ram Andre and the chargesheet in this case was filed in 2021. She emphasised the right to a speedy trial in her plea under Article 21 of Constitution.
