Adani Energy Solutions signed an agreement to acquire IntelliSmart Infrastructure for ₹3,050 crore. IntelliSmart manages over 2.2 crore smart meters, and the acquisition will expand Adani Energy's smart metering portfolio to over 4.7 crore meters. The company has an order book of more than 2.46 crore meters. Adani Energy shares have delivered 77.53% returns over the past year.
