Adani Enterprises, Jabil partner to make AI data centre equipment

Adani Enterprises and supply chain and manufacturing company Jabil have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlining a proposed 50:50 joint venture to manufacture and assemble artificial intelligence (AI) and data centre equipment in India. The proposed venture remains subject to the execution of definitive agreements and receipt of applicable approvals.
