Adani Enterprises has announced the creation of a wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Disruptive Ventures (ADVL) along with another subsidiary Alwar Alluvial Resources (AARL), a stock exchanges filing said. Jeet Adani, Vice President of group finance for the Adani Group is a part of the core team of ADVL. Alwar Alluvial Resources will be engaged in the manufacturing and processing of minerals.
