Adani Enterprises on Thursday said the conglomerate received two show-cause notices from SEBI in Q4 related to its probe into the Hindenburg report. The notices alleged non-compliance with provisions of the Listing Agreement and LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. The company said there is no material impact of the notices on FY24's financial statements.
