Adani Enterprises launched its rights issue worth around ₹25,000 crore on Tuesday, with an issue price of ₹1,800 per share. This marks a roughly 23% discount from Tuesday's closing price of ₹2,333 per share on BSE. The proceeds from the rights issue, which closes on December 10, will be used for infrastructure projects, including airports and data centres.
