Adani Enterprises Limited's (AEL) board has approved demerger of its food FMCG business and its integration with Adani Wilmar. The plan involves the demerging of Adani Commodities, through which Adani Enterprises owns a 43.94% stake in Adani Wilmar. Post the demerger, Adani Enterprises shareholders will get 251 shares of Adani Wilmar for every 500 AEL shares or in that ratio.
