Adani Enterprises' Adani Digital Labs has signed a share-purchase agreement to acquire Trainman ticketing platform owner Stark Enterprises. Although Adani Enterprises didn't disclose the amount for which it'll buy Trainman, it did clarify that the sale will result in the firm owning 100% stake in Trainman. The IRCTC-authorised startup had recently raised $1 million from a group of US investors.
