Gautam Adani and family have surpassed DLF's Rajiv Singh and family to top the GROHE-Hurun India Real Estate Rich List 150 of 2026. Adani family's real estate wealth surged 73% year-on-year to ₹90,400 crore, while the Singh family ranked second with wealth of ₹90,200 crore. Lodha Developers' Mangal Prabhat Lodha and Oberoi Realty's Vikas Oberoi ranked third and fourth, respectively.
