The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has upheld an NCLT order approving Adani Goodhomes' ₹76 crore bid for debt-ridden realty firm Radius Estates. Two financial creditors had opposed the plan, calling it "unfair and inequitable". Under the plan, creditors will take a roughly 96% haircut on their ₹1,700-crore loan to Radius.
