Adani Group has signed an agreement with Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority to redevelop Motilal Nagar colonies in Mumbai's Goregaon (West), which is estimated to cost around ₹36,000 crore. The group has reportedly been entrusted as the Construction and Development agency to execute the project. Notably, the Dharavi redevelopment project is also being undertaken by Adani Group.
