The Adani Group has shown interest in the properties that the Sahara Group is looking to sell. However, the conglomerate will evaluate the properties and consider only those with "clean titles" and no legal disputes, its CFO Jugeshinder Singh said. Sahara Group had filed a petition in the SC seeking permission to sell 88 of its properties to Adani Properties.
