Adani Group is planning to double its cement manufacturing capacity to 140 million tonnes in next five years. Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani said he saw a multifold rise in cement demand in India. Last week, Adani Group completed its $6.5 billion acquisition of Ambuja Cements and ACC. Adani Group has cement production capacity of 70 million tonnes per annum.
