Adani Atomic Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Power, has incorporated a step-down subsidiary, Rawatbhata-Raj Atomic Energy Limited. The entity aims to generate, transmit, and distribute electricity derived from nuclear sources, the company said. The government aims to reach a nuclear energy capacity of 100 GW by 2047, encouraging private players' participation in the sector.
