Adani Enterprises on Tuesday said the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved its ₹15,000-crore resolution plan for the bankrupt Jaiprakash Associates. Anil Agarwal-led Vedanta had challenged the plan after its ₹12,505-crore resolution offer was rejected by lenders. Vedanta had alleged that the process was unfair and opaque, calling it a "commercial conspiracy".
