Adani Group secured its third major project in Mumbai, the Motilal Nagar redevelopment in Goregaon, estimated to cost ₹36,000 crore. The company has been appointed as the Construction and Development agency for the project, which spans 142 acres. Sanjeev Jaiswal, CEO of MHADA, said, "The long-cherished dream of the residents of Motilal Nagar is now taking a concrete shape."
