Adani Enterprises' ₹20,000-crore follow-on public offer (FPO), the biggest in India, will open on January 27 and close on January 31, 2023. The floor price of the offer will be ₹3,112 per share and the cap price will be ₹3,276 per share. A company already listed on the stock exchange issues new shares to existing or new investors through FPO.
