Adani Group's AMG Media Networks Limited (AMNL) will indirectly buy a 29.18% stake in NDTV and will launch an open offer for a further 26% stake at ₹294/share, the group said in a statement. Calling the acquisition offer "a significant milestone" for AMNL, its CEO and Editor-in-Chief Sanjay Pugalia said, "We look forward to strengthening NDTV's leadership in news delivery."
