Anil Ambani sued NDTV for defamation over its coverage of CBI and ED investigation against him and his companies. Ambani told Delhi High Court that Adani Group, NDTV's majority shareholder, wants to take over his companies, Bar and Bench reported. NDTV published "72 pointed articles" against me in last few months to facilitate its ultimate owners' "predatory strategies", Ambani added.
