Adani's ₹31,000-cr open offer for ACC, Ambuja not fully subscribed
Adani Group's open offer for the acquisition of a 26% stake in Swiss firm Holcim's two Indian-listed entities, ACC Limited and Ambuja Cements, for ₹31,000 crore closed without being fully subscribed. As on Friday, 40.61 lakh shares of the 4.8 crore ACC shares were tendered. For Ambuja Cements, 7.2 lakh shares of the 51.6 crore shares were tendered.
