The Supreme Court, while dismissing a sexual harassment case against West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences V-C Nirmal Chakrabarti, said the judgement must be recorded in his résumé. The apex court said the incidents of alleged sexual harassment should "haunt the wrongdoer forever". Chakrabarti allegedly sought sexual favours from a faculty member and threatened her.
