The makers of 'Adipurush' are reportedly planning to postpone its release date. Film trade analyst Girish Johar tweeted, "'Adipurush' is being reworked...especially the effects and CGI work...so it may not...release in Summer 2023. Additionally, it may now cost ₹80-100 crore more." Following the release of the film's teaser, several people on social media criticised the makers for its VFX.
