Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail's subsidiary, Aditya Birla Digital Fashion Ventures, has entered into an agreement to buy 51% stake in Styleverse Lifestyle on a fully diluted basis. The deal is worth ₹155 crore. Styleverse Lifestyle is engaged in manufacturing and retailing of apparels under brands like The Indian Garage Co, Freehand and Hardsoda.
