Aditya-L1 mission has started collecting scientific data, the ISRO said in an update on Monday. The sensors of the mission's STEPS instrument have begun measuring supra-thermal and energetic ions and electrons at distances greater than 50,000-km from Earth, ISRO said. It also shared a graph which displayed the variations in the energetic particle environment, collected by one of the units.
