Adobe is terminating the $20 billion deal to buy cloud-based designer platform Figma. The companies said they reached a mutual agreement following mounting pressures from regulators in the UK and the EU. "Adobe and Figma strongly disagree with the recent regulatory findings, but we believe it's in our respective best interests to move forward independently," Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen said.
