Adobe veteran becomes school bus driver after layoff

James Strawn, a senior software quality engineer with over 25 years at Adobe, was laid off in June 2023. After more than a year of struggling to find work and facing ageism, he became a school bus driver for Colorado District 38. Strawn said the pay is lower but he enjoys his new job and colleagues.
