Jomei Investments, a special purpose vehicle owned by Advent International, has exited Aditya Birla Capital by selling its entire 2.04% stake in the firm for ₹1,638 crore on Tuesday. The stake was offloaded through open market transactions at an average price of ₹308 per share. Goldman Sachs, Plutus Wealth Management, Morgan Stanley and Norges Bank were among the buyers.
