After fresh snowfall and in view of the increased tourist movement in Shinkula in Lahaul and Spiti district, the district police has issued a detailed safety and traffic advisory for tourists, commuters and local travellers. According to Lahaul and Spiti SP Shivani Mehla, all tourists and commuters are advised to follow the weather and traffic advisories.
