Aegis Logistics approves $809 million Tristar deal

Aegis Logistics has approved the acquisition of an 89.8 per cent stake in Dubai-based Tristar Holdings for $809 million. The deal will expand its global presence across maritime logistics, fuel storage, road transport and aviation fuelling in over 30 countries. Subject to regulatory approvals, the acquisition is expected to strengthen profitability and international operations.
