Grid Aero, a San Leandro-based aerospace startup, has raised $20 million in a Series A round co-led by Bison Ventures and Geodesic Capital, with participation from Stony Lonesome Group and Alumni Ventures. Founded by Arthur Dubois, the company plans to advance its 'Lifter Lite' autonomous cargo aircraft from testing to operational deployments across defense and logistics use cases.
