Afghanistan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi's visit to India, scheduled for later this week, has been cancelled, reported IANS citing sources. As a sanctioned individual under the UN Security Council's Resolution 1988 regime, targeting Taliban leaders, Muttaqi can't travel internationally without prior approval. Earlier in August, his visit to Pakistan was also cancelled due to the ban.
