Taliban border forces engaged in heavy clashes with Pakistani troops in multiple border areas in retaliation for Pakistan’s airstrikes on Afghanistan, AFP reported quoting the Afghan military. Taliban forces captured several outposts from the Pakistan Army and killed several Pakistani soldiers, reports added. Pakistan had reportedly carried out airstrikes on Kabul on Thursday night.
