African man’s vision saved after advanced treatment
A 50-year-old African man with worsening vision was successfully treated for rare metastatic sarcoma at HCG Cancer Hospital, Colaba. Doctors found the eye tumor had spread from a previously treated leg sarcoma, with lung lesions also detected. Precision radiation therapy and chemotherapy helped control the cancer and preserve his vision, which improved after treatment.
