African swine fever kills 300 pigs in Chhattisgarh

An African Swine Fever outbreak in Chhattisgarh's Durg district killed over 250 pigs, with 82 more culled to stop its spread. Authorities confirmed the virus through lab tests and sealed the affected farm. While highly fatal for pigs, the disease does not affect humans. Surveillance zones and strict monitoring have been imposed.
