PM Manmohan Singh will move to a 4-bedroom sprawling bungalow on 3, Motilal Nehru Place once he retires after the elections. The type VIII bungalow needs some work before the VIP moves there. Singh would be entitled to occupy the house for lifetime. He is currently staying at 7 Race Course Road, the official residence of the PM.
