A Delhi court acquitted two Kashmiri men, Jamsheed Zahoor and Parvaiz Rashid, of terror conspiracy charges after they spent nearly eight years in jail under UAPA. Court said the prosecution failed to prove the charges because no independent witnesses were produced. Suspicion that their phones had been tampered with was also raised as they were kept unsealed for two months.
