After automating 15 hrs work into 60 sec, employee gets more work

An employee reportedly automated a weekly reporting task that once required 15 hours of manual work, reducing it to less than a minute. After revealing the automation to his manager, he says the faster output became the new expectation. He was later given additional responsibilities and worked around 50 hours a week without a salary increase.
