Accenture has informed its senior executives that they will not be promoted further if they don't undertake "regular adoption" of AI tools, as per Financial Times. This comes months after the company fired 11,000 employees, who, it believes, couldn't be "reskilled" with AI. Accenture will track employee log-ins to in-house AI platforms to assess how many employees use AI regularly.
